Thank you for choosing the Albany County Fairgrounds to store your items.
It is that time again to begin the process for storing your items! You are receiving this email because you are a returning renter. This year we have a slightly different process.
Returning renters for storage will be able to bring items in for a two week period. After that any open spots will be filled by those on the waiting list. If you wait past the two week timeframe and the waiting list individuals have filled barns, we will be unable to store your item inside. However, we do have options for outdoor storage and for smaller items, covered storage.
As written in the contract that you signed last year, which is the same for this year, we will not plug in battery tenders, trickle chargers or any cords. If you would like to have your battery on a charger through the winter the grounds crew will call when your item is parked and you can return to get your battery if it is needed to operate your equipment. Please take your battery if it is not needed to move or store your item.

Returning Renter Intake:
October 17 - 21 8am-3pm
October 22 8am - 1pm
October 24 - 28 8am - 3pm
Waitlist renters will be able to bring their items October 31 - November 4 8am - 3pm.
Contracts will be filled out when items are brought to the grounds during intake hours.
Pricing is based on TOTAL footage from tongue/front to end of trailer/item. Anything shorter than 20' is billed at 20'.
