Assessor
Welcome
I want to thank you for visiting the County Assessor site. The constitutional duty of the Assessor is to list, locate, and value all property in Albany County. To accomplish this, we use industry accepted mass appraisal procedures and methodologies. I believe all citizens should be informed on this process and we are here to serve. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
